If you cancel before a driver is assigned:

We usually assign a driver a few hours before the scheduled start of your trip. If you cancel before this assignment takes place, there will be no charge for the trip.
The reserved amount on your credit card will be released within 3-10 business days.

If you cancel after a driver is assigned:

If you cancel after a driver has been assigned, you will be charged the minimum price, which is the estimated price provided at the time of booking.
