Notes: Built-In Route Documentation That Works
Track updates, decisions, and issues — directly in the TMS.
What Changed?
Before | Now |
Route Problems and Support Notes were 2 distinct features, accessible only in separate pages | Route Problems and Support Notes have been unified into Notes, and they can be added to Routes in all Routes pages (Route Details, Live Tracking, Route List, Distribution Center, etc.). |
Predefined issues could only be added on the Distribution Center page, and they could not be customized | You can now define your own Quick notes, and have your organization use them to efficiently add a new Note, increasing standardization |
Support Notes were just visible internally | Notes can be either internal (your organization only) or shared (with the other Organizations in the Route’s Fulfillment Chain) |
Support Notes couldn’t be edited or deleted | Notes can be edited and deleted by the creator or the owning organization. |
Limited reporting possibilities | Quick notes in Mover’s Datawarehouse allow for reporting and usage in Dashboards |
Note: Support Notes and Route Problems will become read-only after Notes are launched and removed after one month

Smarter Re-Estimations for Driving Times and ETAs
No more unnecessary recalculations.
What’s changed?
Planned estimates are changed when a Stop is cancelled, a Stop timeframe is updated (Date, From or To), the Stop state is changed back to Not visited, a Stop address is changed or the Stop Planned Task Time is changed. They are also changed when changing the Route Vehicle Type, or when Adding a Stop or re-ranking Stops.
The Planned estimated are instead not updated when changing the Stop reference, the Stop status (except from those changes defined previously), the Stop's Company, Name, Phone, Email, Gate, the Stop Instructions and Driver tasks, as well as Stop Tags and Stop Type.
The following changes on a Route level will not trigger a re-estimation of the Planned estimates too: Route Reference, Route Type, Route Instructions, Route tags or any operation of assignment, such as Assign Driver, Contractor, Vehicle, etc.
Check out the Planned Estimates user guide for a full walkthrough.
That’s it for now. Got feedback? We’d love to hear from you.

✨ New Features
Dynamic Loading Time at Start
Smarter task durations based on actual load.
You can now configure dynamic loading times at the route’s Start Location —factoring in colli count, weight, or volume. This makes time allocations more accurate without over- or underestimating based on load size.
Read more and see how to configure it here
Notify Customers When Pickup Is Delayed
Clear expectations, even when things change.
A new Communication Trigger - Order Pickup Delayed ETA Provided - alerts pickup customers when the driver is running late. It includes a new time window and can optionally link to driver tracking.
🚀 Enhancements
Accurate Event Handling for Cancelled Orders
Better logic when pickups change last-minute.
We’ve expanded our handling of edge cases during pickups. If an order gets cancelled while the driver is already at the pickup stop, the system will no longer publish a "Picked Up" event. This ensures cleaner data and fewer downstream errors, especially in integrations and reports.
🛠 Bug Fixes
Route Lists Now Show Correct Information
No more missing names and addresses.
We fixed an issue that caused names, addresses, and other key information in the Route List PDF to appear obfuscated in certain languages (e.g. Polish, Russian, Romanian). These details now display correctly across all supported languages.
Smarter Delay Notifications
No more alerts after the job is done.
We’ve improved communication flows so that SMS or Email delay notifications are no longer sent if the delivery has already been completed. This change helps avoid unnecessary updates for customers and reduces confusion.
Reliable Arrival Estimates Mid-Route
Even completed stops count toward the plan.
Previously, if a route was edited while already in progress, the system could assign incorrect planned arrival times or display 0-minute driving times - especially when earlier stops were already marked as completed. We've fixed this so that arrival estimates now remain accurate, improving the experience for both planners and drivers.
🔜 Coming Soon
Offline Mode for Drivers
Stay on track, even when the signal drops.
Soon, Android app users will be able to arrive at and complete stops without needing an internet connection. Actions taken offline will be saved locally and flagged as such, ensuring accurate tracking. This minimizes manual corrections in the TMS and supports smooth operations in low-connectivity zones. The feature will be enabled per organization and apply only to routes owned by those with it turned on.
That’s it for now. Got feedback? We’d love to hear from you.

✨New Features
Automatic SSO User Deletion
Keep your user management clean and secure.
Organizations using Single Sign-On (SSO) can now automatically remove inactive users from the Mover Platform. Admins can set the number of inactive days (10–365), after which non-active users will be deleted. Owners are protected from automatic deletion, but can still be manually managed if needed. This helps keep access rights updated and improves platform security.
Quick Notes Now Visible in Route Lists
Faster overview for better decision-making.
Quick Notes are now shown directly as a column in Route Lists, Route Timelines, and Distribution Center views. Operations Controllers and Planners can easily spot important notes without opening each route, saving time and keeping everyone aligned.
🚀 Enhancements
More Reliable Barcode Scanning
Smoother scans, fewer errors.
We’ve improved the barcode scanning feature in the Driver App to prevent issues where scans happened too fast or picked up multiple barcodes, causing duplicates or app crashes. The app now focuses on a smaller scan area and offers better visual alerts, making the scanning process more stable and reliable for Drivers and DC staff.
🛠 Bug Fixes
Fixed Delay Notifications on Break Stops
No more false alarms.
We’ve resolved an issue where vehicles on scheduled breaks were incorrectly triggering delay notifications. The system now properly accounts for break stops, ensuring Planners and Drivers only receive delay alerts when delays actually occur.
Resolved Missing Signature Images
Signatures now saved and displayed correctly.
We fixed a bug where some signature images weren’t appearing under the Signature tab in Route Stops. The system now validates and corrects file names before saving, ensuring all valid signatures are stored and displayed properly.

✨New Features
Offline Mode in Driver App
Keep deliveries moving – even without network.
Drivers can now complete key actions like arriving at, completing, or failing stops while offline. The app stores all activity locally and auto-syncs it once the device reconnects. This ensures delivery accuracy, reduces manual work, and keeps operations running smoothly – even in low-coverage areas.
Offline Mode must be enabled per organization. Contact your internal support team to activate it.

Predefined Tags
Tag faster, more accurately, and without typos
You can now set up Predefined Tags for Orders, Services, Routes, and Reservations in the TMS, to improve consistency and standardization in your Organization. Instead of manually typing tags (which can lead to spelling errors or mismatches), users can select from standardized dropdown options – ensuring consistency across workflows and reducing tagging errors.
Follow this guide on how to set up your predefined tags.
🚀 Enhancements
Extended visibility of Route Notes
Shared notes now are visible for all Organizations on the Route
We corrected a visibility limitation where shared notes weren’t showing up for connected organizations when the creator of the Note was one of the Contractors. Now, all users with proper access can see shared notes, ensuring smoother collaboration between contractors and planners.
Additional status transition on Orders
Order status can now be marked as “Delivered” in the TMS
You can now manually update order statuses from "Ready" to "Delivered" using a dropdown menu. This is helpful for cleaning up orders that were delivered but didn’t update properly. A confirmation step has been added to prevent accidental changes, giving Planners more control over order tracking.
Task time estimates refresh automatically
No more manual refreshes – updated times now appear instantly
Improved how estimated task times are shown in the UI. When a stop is manually updated, the new estimated time now appears instantly in the side panel – no more refreshing needed.
In the stop list, task times now reflect planned values until a stop is completed or failed, at which point they switch to the actual times recorded by the Driver. This gives Planners a clearer view of progress throughout the route.
🛠 Bug Fixes
More accurate running estimates after breaks
Running task time estimates are now correctly calculated post-break
Previously, when a break was the first stop after a completed stop, the running estimate did not update properly, showing inaccurate durations.
We have fixed an issue where breaks affected delivery time estimates, sometimes triggering false delay alerts due to the driver’s position while executing a break. Now, ETAs properly account for breaks execution progress – ensuring customers get fewer unnecessary notifications.
