🌟New Feature

More Control Over Route Permissions
We've added more precise role-based access control (RBAC) in the Route domain. Now, roles can have specific View and Edit permissions for tasks like viewing driver paths, editing route details, and adding support notes. This ensures users only access what they need, improving security and efficiency for customer service, operations, and contractors.

🐞 Bug Fix

Accurate Late Stop Indicators in Route Overview
We’ve fixed an issue where stops predicted as late weren’t flagged correctly in the Route overview due to missing estimated times. Delays are now calculated properly, ensuring a consistent and reliable view across the platform.

🚀 Enhancements

Smart Charging Station Recommendations

Plan Smarter, Charge Smarter!

When adding a new Charging stop to the Route, Planners will now receive a list of nearby charging stations ranked by the least impact on travel time and distance.

To assist in selecting the best option, detailed information is provided, including the number of chargers, type and capacity, as well as an estimate of how each station affects the route’s total distance and duration.

Enhanced Location Accuracy with Google Places API

Pinpoint Precision for Seamless Routes!

We have implemented the new Google Places API with improvements to location coordinates. This upgrade ensures:

More reliable stop placements

Fewer manual adjustments for planners

🌟 New Features

CO₂ Emissions Data in the TMS Data Warehouse

Track and Reduce Your Carbon Footprint!

A new table in the TMS Data Warehouse now provides estimated CO₂ emissions data for routes. This allows SaaS customers with database access to retrieve and analyze emissions data for sustainability tracking.

Price Optimization in ICS

Smarter Contractor Assignments for Cost Efficiency!

ICS now optimizes contractor selection by factoring in pricing differences, ensuring routes are assigned to the most cost-effective contractors without compromising service quality.

Benefits:

  • Reduces total operational costs

  • Allocates longer routes to lower-cost contractors

  • Allows flexible pricing configurations to match business needs

To enable, configure contractor pricing in ICS and set cost parameters. If no specific pricing is set, default values will apply.

🌟 New Features

Extended Task Time

Plan with Precision, Down to the Last Minute!

We've introduced Extended Task Time to give you greater flexibility when planning routes. This enhancement allows for a more accurate estimation of the time required at each stop, factoring in additional variables that impact unloading, loading, or service time.

Benefits of Extended Task Time

  • More accurate route planning – Reduces scheduling conflicts by incorporating realistic stop durations.

  • Improved efficiency – Ensures drivers have the necessary time to complete tasks without unnecessary delays.

  • Better customer expectations – Adjusted stop times provide more precise ETAs, leading to higher customer satisfaction.

Route Assigned to Contractor

Faster Assignments, Smoother Handoffs!

Now, when a route is assigned to a contractor, they will receive an automated notification via SMS or email, ensuring immediate awareness and faster response times.

Benefits of Route Assigned to Contractor

  • Instant notifications – Contractors get real-time updates on assigned routes, reducing delays.

  • Improved communication – Eliminates the need for manual follow-ups, keeping operations smooth.

🚀 Enhancements

Improved Route Visibility for Distribution Centers
Always Know What’s Coming and Going!

We’ve upgraded how routes appear in Distribution Centers (DCs) to improve planning and operational flow. The list now shows:

  • Routes with upcoming pickups at the DC

  • If none exist, the first with a completed pickup

  • If none completed, the first with a failed pickup

This ensures planners always have clear, actionable visibility into which routes require attention—minimizing delays and improving handover efficiency.

🐞 Bug Fixes

Driver Path Display Restored
No Arrival Time? No Problem!

We fixed an issue where driver paths weren’t visible if the first stop had no arrival time. The system now falls back to the route’s start time so you’ll always see the journey path—no more gaps in visibility.

Clearer routes mean faster decisions and smoother operations for dispatchers and support teams.

🌟 New Features

Automatic EV Charging Suggestions
Charge Smarter, Drive Further!

The system now automatically adds optimal EV charging stops when planning a route—saving time and reducing planning errors. Charging stops are selected based on minimal impact to total trip time and distance.

Route PDF Now in Romanian
Clearer Routes for Romanian-Speaking Drivers

Drivers can now view their Route PDFs in Romanian, making it easier to follow routes and stay aligned throughout the day.

🐞 Bug Fixes

Driver Path Display Restored
No Arrival Time? No Problem!

We fixed a bug where driver paths wouldn’t appear if the first stop didn’t have an arrival time. The system now uses the route start time so paths remain visible.

Collection Point Scan Prompt Fixed
Back to Scanning Where It Matters

Fixed an issue where drivers weren’t prompted to scan orders at the pickup stop for collection point routes. Scanning is now correctly triggered when configured.
