If you cancel BEFORE a Driver has been assigned to the trip

We typically assign a driver to your trip a few hours before the trip should start. If you inform us about your desire to cancel the trip before this has happened, you will not pay anything for the trip.

The reserved amount on your credit card will be released within 3-10 bank days.

If you cancel AFTER a Driver has been assigned to the trip

If you cancel your trip after a driver has been assigned to your trip, you will pay the minimum price for the trip. The minimum price is the estimated price you were shown when making the booking.
