Introduction
The Order Details page provides a centralised location for all the information you need about a particular order. To access it, click on the relevant order from the Orders page.
From here, you can monitor the progress of the order, view important order details, and even make changes to the order when possible.
Let’s break down what awaits you on this intel-packed page!
Order Information (Left-Hand Side Panel)
Purely informative, this contains the key order details that you may need to identify the order.
Order ID: This unique identifier matches the information from your ERP, ensuring seamless integration and easy reference.
Related Order ID (if there is one): If your company uses multiple IDs for Orders (e.g. you might have different Shipments, or Shipments and Services, within the same Booking ID or Sales Order ID) this allows you to link them together.
Order Status: This status updates automatically, mirroring the order into the TMS as it moves along the route.
Pick Up and Delivery Information: Provides the contact details, address and any relevant instructions for both the pickup and delivery locations.
Tags: Any tags you assigned to the order (in your ERP or directly in the TMS) will be displayed here.
Orders (Centre of the Page)
This acts as an information board and a control panel at the same time, showing you information about the order and allowing you to take various actions to influence the order journey.
The Order ID is always displayed at the top, together with the option of adding the order to Starred Orders (or removing it).
Events Tab
Nested under this tab are:
Order Information Boxes: Key order details, including status, delivery date, delivery interval and estimated delivery time (based on the planned route)EveEven
An interactive map: While not live tracking, the map offers a clear picture of the route of the order, allowing you to visualise its journey from pickup to delivery. Clicking on the available checkpoints on the map reveals information corresponding to each stop, such as address and details of a contact person. You can toggle the map on and off, or switch between Map and Satellite view depending on your working preferences.
Overview of orders events along the route: Displays a detailed log of actions taken on the order at each stop, including:
timestamps of the different events of an order
event descriptions (e.g. order added to route, order delivery date updated)
location information
information about the route on which the order has been planned
If you prefer a different overview, you can click on each event and its pertaining information will be displayed in a separate window.
Colli Tab
Estimated Colli: These are colli used for Route Planning. The number displayed here is a forecast, e.g. how many boxes the order will consist of, and their weight and volume.
Actual Colli: This will be displayed at a later stage, when the articles have been picked up from the warehouse and placed in the boxes, and the barcode has been printed. Actual colli will be added to the Route too, and will allow the driver to scan the barcodes as they are picked up or delivered on the route.
Route Tab
Shows information about the route that the order is assigned to, including:
Route status
Route ID (which is clickable and leads to the route itself)
The driver assigned to the route
The estimated completion time
The stops along the route, together with details revealing the stop type, the amount it took to complete it and how many colli were scanned.
Actions and Modifications
Irrespective of where you are on the Order Details Page, the action buttons are always visible in the centre left.
Edit Order
Use this to modify any order information. Once done, click the Save button.
Editing the pickup or delivery address of an order will not change the stop ranking for that respective order.
It is, however, possible to automatically remove an order from the route in case its pickup date or address is changed. Get in touch us if you want this enabled!
Remove Order From Route
Use this option if you need to remove an order from the route. This action may take a couple of minutes and we recommend refreshing the page to update the view.
Change the Status of an Order
The TMS allows you to make the following status changes:
From Ready to On Hold
From Ready to Cancelled
From On Hold to Placed
From Cancelled to Placed
Manually setting an order to status Ready is not possible, as the delivery address and delivery dates need to be validated by the system before an order is vetted for route planning.
Changing from Ready to On Hold
If the Route Has Started: When you set an order to On Hold after the route has started, it will automatically be removed from the route.
If the Route Has Not Started: if you set an order to On Hold before the route starts, it will remain on the route but will be marked with an exclamation mark. This mark alerts you that the order is on hold, allowing you to address any pending issue and change the status back to "Placed" so the order can go through the necessary checks before being route planned.
Changing from Ready to Cancelled
When you change an order status to Cancelled, it won't be removed from the route. You need to manually combine this action with "Remove from Route" to ensure that the driver doesn't deliver a cancelled order.
If the order is cancelled in your ERP system (rather than manually in the TMS), it will sync with the TMS. In this case, the order status will be changed to Deleted in Mover, and the order will be removed from the route.
