Why has my ride not been assigned a driver and accepted yet?

When you book a Mover, you will receive a confirmation via SMS once your ride has been accepted 🤳🏼 However, your ride will only be accepted once a driver has been assigned to it.

On weekdays between 06:00 and 17:00, our support specialists are ready to dispatch drivers for various bookings. Therefore, it can sometimes happen that a driver is assigned close to the scheduled start time.

Outside of these hours and on weekends, it’s our ad-hoc drivers who handle the rides. In these cases, your rides are often accepted faster, but it can still happen that they are only accepted right before the ride starts when a driver becomes available.

If, at any point, we see that we don’t have the capacity to complete your ride, you will be notified in advance. However, we are usually able to complete your booked ride, even if it is accepted close to the pickup time 🙌🏼
