If you're missing a receipt for a trip, please follow these steps:
Locate the trip ID for your booking.
Email [email protected] to request the receipt.
You can expect a response within 24 hours.
Ways to receive receipts:
Credit card payments: After each completed trip, a receipt is sent to the email address associated with your profile.
Invoice agreement: Business customers will receive individual receipts at the registered email address after each trip, in addition to the consolidated invoice.
Weekly invoice: You will receive a consolidated invoice for all trips made during the week.
