Find the trip-id for your booking 🔎
Write to [email protected] and request the receipt to be sent to you.
You can expect a response within 24 hours ⏰
Here are three ways you can receive receipts:
Receipt after payment by credit card: After each completed trip, a receipt is sent to the email address you used to create your profile.
Receipt after payment via invoice agreement: As a business customer, you will receive receipts at the email address provided during registration. Receipts are sent after each completed trip, in addition to the total invoice.
Invoice: You will receive a consolidated invoice for all trips during the week.
