As a Mover user, your goods are insured from the moment our drivers take possession of them until the delivery is completed. At that point, Mover’s liability and insurance coverage cease.
You are insured with a maximum coverage of 75,000 DKK per transport, with a deductible of 1,000 DKK.
🚫 Please note: Certain items are excluded from insurance coverage, including electronics, cash, securities, documents, jewelry, gems, and watches. Mover does not accept liability for these items.
Packing and responsibility
It is your responsibility to ensure that your goods are properly packed or wrapped to withstand normal transport conditions. Additionally, the correct weight of the goods must be provided at the time of booking for insurance coverage to apply.
Insurance details
The insurance covers the replacement cost of a single item, which is based on its value immediately before the insured event. Deductions may apply for factors such as age, use, market conditions, and depreciation.
Documentation of the item's value will be required in the event of a claim.
Reporting damage or theft
In the event of damage or theft, you must report the incident to Mover immediately, and no later than 6 hours after the goods have been delivered or reported missing. Reports must be submitted in writing to [email protected].
The insurance does not cover losses exceeding the 75,000 DKK limit, regardless of the actual value of the goods, and excludes any form of indirect loss.
