Why has my ride not been assigned a driver and accepted yet?

A driver is typically assigned to your trip 15-30 minutes before the scheduled pickup time. Once a driver is assigned, you’ll receive a confirmation via SMS. Please note that your ride is only confirmed after a driver has been allocated to your booking.

Weekday operations (06:00 - 17:00)

During these hours, our support specialists actively manage driver assignments for various bookings. It’s possible that a driver will be assigned close to the scheduled pickup time.

Evenings, weekends, and ad-hoc assignments

Outside of standard hours and on weekends, rides are handled by our ad-hoc driver network. In many cases, rides are accepted more quickly, but it may still happen that a ride is only confirmed shortly before the start time, when a driver becomes available.

If, at any point, we determine that we do not have the capacity to complete your ride, you will be notified in advance. However, rest assured that in most cases, your booking will be completed even if the ride is accepted close to the pickup time.
