To activate your dispatch in the Mover app, you need to follow the steps below. It is important to understand the preparation before, during, and after your dispatch shift to ensure a smooth experience.
🛂Preparation Before Your Dispatch Shift
Check your upcoming Dispatch the day before.
Look for early trips.
Leave home in good time.
Make sure to arrive at your first standby stop on time.
🚚During Your Dispatch Shift
If you do not have any ongoing trips:
Update the app every 10 minutes.
Check for route changes and notifications.
Return to the standby stop if necessary:
If you are in a non-busy area such as Korsør or Nykøbing Falster.
🔚After Your Dispatch Shift
End the last standby stop:
This will log you offline in the app.
Ensure payment for all completed routes:
If payment is missing, send an email to [email protected].
📲How to Go Online in Dispatch
❗Make sure your location settings on your phone, is set to 'Always'❗
Register your arrival:
Press ‘Arrived’ and then ‘Yes, I have arrived’.
2. Press ‘Continue’ and then ‘Accept and complete’
3. You are now online in Dispatch:
a. You will receive notifications when you receive a trip.
🗺️If you are too far away from the starting location (standby stop), you can activate your dispatch as follows:
Press "Navigate" in the top right corner
2. Then you can go back into the app and complete the stop like in the previous steps:
a. "Arrived" then "Yes, I arrived"
b. "Continue" then "Accept and complete"
📴How to Go Offline in Dispatch
Complete the last standby stop:
Press "Arrived" then "Continue" and "Accept"
2. Press ‘Continue’ and take a picture (the content does not matter).
3. Press "Accept pictures" then "Accept and complete"
4. You have now closed your Dispatch and will not receive any more trips for today.⛔
