Why has Mover reserved an amount on my account?

Mover reserves the estimated amount on your bank account for the booked trip.

Your card is pre-authorized for the estimated trip cost. This ensures that payment is guaranteed and helps protect against fraudulent bookings.

Once the trip is completed, the reserved amount will be charged, along with any additional fees for the trip 💸

If a booked trip is canceled before our driver arrives at the pickup location, the reserved amount will be released and made available again within 11 business days 💳
