You can order a Mover car, van, or lift truck at any time of day. However, it is easiest to secure a vehicle between 06:00 and 17:00, when our dispatch team is actively managing bookings. Outside of these hours, our network of ad-hoc drivers can still take your trip, but availability may vary.
Please note that while bookings can be made 24/7, we cannot guarantee fulfillment for all trips, and there may be instances where a trip is not accepted.
Once your trip is accepted, you will receive a confirmation via SMS or email, including your trip ID and driver details. At this point, your trip is confirmed.
