If you want to request a route, make sure your status is set to online in the app.
🚗 If you are an Ad-hoc driver:
Go online in the app.
Check the "Available" section for routes.
If there are no available routes in the app, just stay updated, as routes are continuously added.
🚚 If you are a Dispatch driver:
Make sure you are online in the app and that your GPS is showing your location.
Wait for routes from dispatch.
We can see your location via our GPS tracker and will assign you a route as soon as possible. 📍
If you are in a less popular area such as Korsør, Næstved, or Gilleleje, always drive towards your standby stop. However, remember to stay updated in the app, as you can receive a route at any time and anywhere!
