Introduction
We are excited to introduce a new login option for the Distribution Center (DC) App using Single Sign-On (SSO). This new method allows you to authenticate securely through your existing Microsoft SSO credentials, streamlining the login process and improving security. This guide provides a step-by-step walkthrough of how to log into the DC App using SSO on on your device.
Logging in to the DC App
Step 1: Open the DC App
Launch the DC App on your device.
You will see the login screen prompting you to connect with your Mover Systems account.
Step 2: Initiate the Login Process
Tap the "Sign in" button to begin authentication.
A system prompt will appear asking for permission to use moversystems.com for authentication. (This is only neccessary on the iOS)
Tap "Continue" to proceed.
Step 3: Authenticate via Microsoft SSO
You will be redirected to the Mover Systems login page.
Enter your email address and password, or select Microsoft SSO to log in using your organization’s credentials.
Note: If your company enforces Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), complete the additional verification step.
Step 4: Access the DC App
Once authenticated, you will be redirected back to the DC App, where you will need to choose your individual Distribution Centre.
